Flower Moon is my nod to 1967, the "Summer of Love". 

The summer of 1967 has taken on mythical magic, a psychedelic “Summer of Love” with beautiful people dropping out on every corner, from Hyde Park in London to Haight-Ashbury in San Francisco. The legend of that summer paints a picture of the coming-of-age of the youth of the world; an awakening, fueled by love and other things...Something was definitely in the air.

The Flower Moon fragrance brings its own magic made up of Blood Orange, Neroli, Orange Blossom, Lily Of The Valley, Stargazer Lily, Vanilla and White Musk.

The heart note--Stargazer Lily is heady and pleasant, announcing its presence and captivating the senses of anyone who comes near.  The significance and symbolism of the Stargazer Lily are connected with abundance, prosperity and well being. 

Each bottle of the Flower Moon Perfume houses a powerful crystal for an extra dose of enchantment: Strawberry Quartz.

Strawberry Quartz, is meant to deepen your spiritual path. It opens the heart chakra and allows you to go deeper into meditation and the manifestation of love. Love is the energy that keeps us grounded and connected to our truth.


Every bottle of 13 Moons Perfume is hand poured into a 15 ml roll-on glass bottle with a gold cap and gems.

At Olivine we believe in marrying our physical and metaphysical powers...Our feminine power, and sexuality.

The contemporary witch is our enlightened, rebellious role model.

The number 13 has always been associated with the Goddess and the Divine Feminine.

(It was also my Grandma’s lucky number, and became mine as well when I was a child!)

We embrace our inner mystic--looking to the 13 moons for guidance on our journey.

The 13 moons collection bestows upon you the power of each moon.

For centuries human cultures have given names to the full moon throughout the year. It was common to name the moons based on the behaviors of the plants, animals, crops, weather or season. Many ancient cultures used moon phases and cycles to keep track of the seasons and gave a unique name to each recurring full moon and the mysterious effect it brought.

The Modern Day Witch uses the phases of the moon to enhance her own personal brand of magic. For some it is as simple as putting a crystal on a windowsill under a full moon to cleanse and charge the stone. For others it is a more elaborate dance between the different faces of the moon.

There is no right, wrong or perfect way to celebrate the moon.

 

 

BONUS TIP:

This bottle of perfume is a sacred object.

I would love to suggest a beautiful ritual to use before using your perfume for the very first time…

Spend a moment thinking about an intention that you would like to infuse your perfume with. It could be love, grace, abundance, getting your perfect home, job, love, etc. (Side note...NEVER include another person in this intention, this is all about you and no one else.  Promise?)

Hold your perfume bottle between your hands and close your eyes. In your minds eye see the bottle filling up with a pale pink light and see your intention in this pink light. See it, feel it, be in that feeling for a full minute. Now put on your perfume and inhale the scent.

EVERY TIME you put on this perfume I want you to feel into that intention.

You are free to reset the intention on your bottle whenever you like, but it will hold your intention until the bottle is finished.

NOTE: Your 13 Moons Perfume is meant to be used all year round and whenever you feel drawn to the scent or your intention with the scent. It carries the energy of the Mermaid Moon, and her energy will be just as delicious every day of the year!

Surprise gift!

My wife tried on your Flower Moon perfume oil while we were on a vacation trip to Whitefish in Montana, and she loved it. I didn't have time to circle back to the store to surprise her with purchasing it, but when I secretly called the store the following week (upon our return home to California), the clerk in the shop was kind enough to troubleshoot the name of the exact oil, and then told me how I could order it online. She was thrilled when she opened her birthday gift and saw what it was. It also smells heavenly on her....and lasts throughout the day. Let's just say she's getting a lot more smooches from me....

Beauty in a Bottle!

Stargazer lily and musk are two of my absolute favorite perfume notes, so having them together in one bottle is divine! When I was in college, I wore a white musk perfume. The dry down of Flower Moon reminds me of that, but FAR more sophisticated! This perfume is soft, feminine, and...mystical? I'm having a hard time putting into words the feeling I get when I wear it. It's the perfume I reach for when I don't have to go to work, or be any certain way, I can just be myself. It helps me get in touch with my most authentic expression. I don't usually buy perfumes in oil form because I like the spray that gives them "throw." But this one is so beautiful that I happily made an exception. :)

The very first time I wore this fragrance I went to a concert, and the sweat of all the humans standing and dancing around me became a blur and I kept thinking that someone around me smelled like a sensual, fallen lily and I inhaled it deeply. It was absolutely intoxicating and it wasn’t until I walked home that I realized it was me!
Flower Moon is perhaps my very favorite of your entire line which I wholeheartedly adore and think is rare magic in this world. My boyfriend is picky with florals but he loves this one. It evolves and changes. Sometimes smelling overwhelming like the edge of some orange-esque dessert carmelizing than bouncing back to this sensuous, heady floral that smells like a burnt orange color in my mind, but is more akin to an actual lily flower and in all perfumery I have never found a perfume so absolutely close and realistic to a lily than Flower Moon. I LOVE this perfume and reach for it when I want to step into the deeper, wilder feminine spirit, especially winter nights spent outside warming myself around a big campfire.
