I stand behind everything I make. Here's what that means for you.

Every perfume I create starts with something I personally love. I won't put it out into the world unless I'm proud of it. That's been the rule since day one and it's not changing.

But perfume is also deeply personal. What blooms on one person's skin can whisper on another's. I understand that, and I never want you to feel stuck with something that isn't right for you.

So here's my promise.

Full-Size Perfumes

If your full-size perfume doesn't feel right, reach out within 5 days of delivery and I'll take care of it. Email us, we'll send you return instructions, and your refund (minus a small 20% processing fee for handling and packaging) will be back to you within 10 days.

No guilt. No hoops. Just an honest conversation.

How It Works

Good to Know

Samples are final sale. They exist so you can explore risk-free before committing to a full bottle. That's their job, and it's why we keep them accessible.

We don't do exchanges. It's not to be difficult. Every product that leaves here is completely fresh, sealed, and untouched. Your safety matters more than our convenience.

Please reach out before sending anything back. Packages returned without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Just email us first and we'll handle everything.

Something Arrived Damaged?

Email us a photo within 5 days of delivery at shopolivine@gmail.com with your order number. We replace it right away at no charge. No processing fee, no back and forth.

A Note About Scent (from Julie)

If you've ordered Wolf Moon in the colder months and it seems quiet when it arrives, let it sit at room temperature for a few days. There's a generous amount of Amber Blanc in the blend and it can be a little shy in the cold. Give it some warmth and it opens right up.

The Wolf Moon Eau de Parfum can also smell more like alcohol straight out of the bottle. But a couple minutes after you spray it on? Incredible. Give it a moment to bloom on your skin.

And if your perfume smells a little different than a previous bottle, that's the beauty of real ingredients. Scent can shift subtly as it ages, and lotions or body chemistry can change how an older bottle smells over time. Always apply to clean skin for the truest experience.

I have never changed our formulas. If I ever do, it'll be right there on the product listing. Promise.
