Our Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
You have 30 days from the receipt of your merchandise to return the item for a full refund.
A few important details in order to get your refund (if your return does not meet the criteria below, it may not qualify for a full refund):
- We know that life can get a little crazy and there are times when the 30 day time frame just doesn’t work out. If you are unable to return your item within 30 days, just let us know. We will be happy to issue your refund in the form of store credit.
- Returns must be new, in the original packaging with any tags attached and free of any cigarette smoke or odors.
- Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
- If your purchase is found to have a defect, we will be sure you get your item replaced.
- If you send an item back, we recommend insuring your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- A few items are not eligible for return. These include ALL panties, perfumes, skin care and body care.
- If your item was a gift, you will receive Olivine store credit for your returned item(s).
- Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges ($7.00) deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
- Please allow up to 8 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
- Important Note for International Customers: Please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.

Exchanges:
In most cases exchanges are comprised of two discrete transactions and we prefer to deal with them separately, as a return and a new sale. Please contact us by email with any unusual circumstances regarding an exchange.
Payment Method:
You may use any major credit card as per the current processing and acceptance policy at Paypal and Authorize.net.
Shipping (US):
- Free USPS or UPS Ground shipping inside the continental United States on orders of $150 or more.
- Orders under $150 are charged a flat rate of $7.00.
Note: We can not be responsible for packages that are lost/stolen by any mail carrier service unless we make a mistake on the shipping address. If you are fearful that your package will not arrive safely then you may arrange to have insurance added to your order for $5.00. Please email us if you would like that option!
- Same day delivery within the approved zipcodes is free with orders over $250, otherwise a $15 fee is charged for shipping.

Faster Delivery:
Please contact us by email. Reliable methods and costs to many destinations vary widely and we prefer to agree mutually before proceeding.
Timing of your Order and Delivery:
- Orders are normally processed and shipped the business day following receipt. You will receive an order confirmation by email the same day of your order. Otherwise, orders are confirmed and processed the next business day.
- All orders are subject to reconfirmation of inventory on hand.
- Orders placed for same day delivery in Seattle must be placed before 12:00pm to receive same day service. The order will be delivered by 5:00pm. This service is only available Monday-Friday.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on cost. Please allow between 5-7 business days to receive your order.
- Business days for purposes of shipping and shipping-time estimates are Monday through Friday, excluding USA National and Federal Holidays.
- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Washington State Sales Tax:
We charge a flat rate (9.5%) for all items shipped within Washington State. We know the rate varies locally inside of Washington, however we must pay our local amount based on where we sell and ship from.
International Orders – Online Shipping Quotation:
We welcome opportunities to send our merchandise offerings Internationally. If in doubt, please contact us by telephone or email for a review of shipping method/cost calculation, etc. using the standard International rates shown at checkout (where available). These are estimates of shipping costs only. We make every effort to present these rates/costs accurately, but cannot guarantee them. They are subject to a “confirmation of terms of sale” which we email you subsequent to your placing an order online. If we are unable to contact you (for any reason) in order to settle and agree on shipping terms within a “reasonable time period” (example: one week), we will void/reverse the transaction and cancel the order.
International orders to Canada are shipped via USPS first class mail (typically 10-12 business days) unless shipping via USPS priority mail (typically 6-10 business days) is more cost effective.
All other International locations ship via USPS priority mail (typically 6-10 business days).
Please keep in mind that these ship times are estimates and occasionally items get hung up in customs, delaying delivery times.
Duties & Taxes for International Orders:
International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. Olivine has no control over this. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.
PayPal Fees for International Orders:
Please be advised that if payment is made through PayPal and for any reason your order is canceled and refunded “in full” that PayPal retains a fee for the exchange rate.
Shipping Location:
Most of the items on our site are able to be shipped out from our location in Seattle. However, because of the many designers who make great things for Olivine and ship them directly, some items are shipped from other locations. For the most part, this is noted in the description of the items affected and you will be notified again when your order is processed what to expect to ship from us and what (if anything) will ship from another location.
Price Match Plan:
We think our prices are awesome, but if you happen to find the same item somewhere else, send us an email with a link to the site. We will match any regular retail price (with their shipping cost included). If it is a special sale or clearance item we will still do our best to meet the price, but depending on the price, this cannot be guaranteed.
