Milk baths date back to the ever glamorous Cleopatra - it was common for the fancy women of that time to soak in luxury milk baths filled with aromatic floral petals.
I like to think that Mermaids would lounge about in a Coconut Milk Bath...
The fats and proteins in milk calm and soothe irritated skin, soften and smooth dry, flaky skin, all while boosting moisture.
How To Use:
1) Add a small handful to warm bath water. Feel free to add honey (trust me on this one!), essential oils and rose petals!
(For this one I prefer to use the muslin bag that is included and drop in the water. The chamomile is amazing for your skin but is nicer not floating in the tub!)
2) Relax in tub and think about 3 things you are grateful for.
3) Now spend some time dreaming about something you would love to create in your life.
4) Repeat daily, or as often as you like!
Coconut Milk, Baking Soda, Chamomile Powder and Guar Gum.
Packaged in a 10 oz resealable kraft bag.
